With care, compassion, and empathy, Amy works holistically with individuals to transform their lives through deep healing of mind|body|spirit. She considers the counseling relationship to be a sacred space where processing, healing, and transformation arise. To create this sacred space, Amy collaborates with her clients to tailor counseling to their unique needs and desires. Through this integrated counseling approach, she hopes that individuals will experience personal growth, improved health, and a sense of peace and joy. 


Amy is trained as a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC), spiritual director, health coach, and yoga teacher. She has additional trainings and certifications in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), meditation, Reiki, and PREPARE/ENRICH relationship counseling. Along with counseling, Amy works as a hospice chaplain. She draws from these experiences and modalities to offer presence and support to those experiencing grief and loss, anxiety, depression, stress, self-worth issues, and significant life transitions.
